PEARCE HAS SURGERY FOR INJURED THUMB

Mitchell Pearce’s off-season has gone from bad to worse, with the Knights halfback requiring surgery for a broken thumb, suffered during training last week.

Despite that, Pearce should be right to play in round one against the Bulldogs.
