CAR-FREE BYRON BAY ONCE A MONTH: WHAT’S PROPOSED?

Byron Bay could soon see fewer cars in the town centre, with councillors proposing to make it a pedestrian-only zone once a month.

The proposal also includes moving the monthly markets, but some businesses aren’t sold on the idea.
