PALMERS ISLAND PRAWN FARM DAMAGED BY FLOODWATERS

Cut off for almost a week, residents of Palmers Island are only just starting to assess the damage caused by last week’s flooding.

For one prawn farmer, an estimated 50 tonnes of stock has been killed by floodwaters.
