SHELTER NSW RAISES CONCERNS OVER ARGYLL ESTATE

Shelter New South Wales have lodged a lengthy submission on the proposed rezoning of the Argyll Estate in Coffs Harbour.

They’re concerned the plan favours developers and not those needing affordable housing.
