ALBIES DEFEAT MAGPIES IN FIRST ROUND

The Armidale Albies have defeated the Tamworth Magpies in the opening round of both the men’s and women’s first grade in the New England Rugby Union Competition yesterday afternoon.

The men’s side keeping Tamworth scoreless in a 24-point demolition.
