The Mid North Coast seat of Cowper is one of just seven seats across the country that’s still too close to call, following Saturday’s election.
The Electoral Commission says a secondary count of primary votes is now underway in its Port Macquarie office.
The race is tight between incumbent National MP, Pat Conaghan and teal Independent, Caz Heise.
