CASE AGAINST THREE PROTESTERS THROWN OUT OF COURT

A judge has thrown out the case against three people who faced Coffs Harbour Local Court today, citing lack of evidence.

The trio were accused of risking the safety of others during a protest against New South Wales Forestry last year.
