KEMPSEY SHIRE ON CUSP OF RECIEVING NATURAL DISASTER DECLARATION

Kempsey Shire is set to be declared a Natural Disaster Zone by State and Federal Governments.

It’s a move welcomed by Lower Macleay Dairy Farmers who say they’ve been hit hard by recent flooding.
