EXHAUSTED STAFF HIT THE STREETS OUTSIDE NEW MAITLAND HOSPITAL

The pressure in the health system hit breaking point again today – this time at Maitland’s new hospital.

Nurses and midwives protested, saying their workloads have become unmanageable… and that some patients are waiting days for a bed.
