Northern Rivers koalas set to get a habitat boost with 250,000 seedlings planted

Koalas in the Northern Rivers could soon have their habitat boosted.

Private landholders are being supported to restore 200 hectares of koala habitat.

The new initiative will also see 250,000 tree seedlings planted – with the aim of providing safer wildlife corridors.
