Reflection Holiday Parks applies for $25-million to transform Walka Water Works

It’s sat idle for months and now there’s plans to transform Maitland’s Walka Water Works into a major tourist destination.

An application has been lodged to build holiday accommodation – a project that could cost more than $25-million.
