Upgrade plans on hold for Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre

Multiple upgrades planned for the Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre have been put on the back burner following last weeks federal budget.

The axing of the Building Better Regions Fund, already proving to be a huge blow to the local council.
