Hundreds gather at Tamworth Racecourse for the Melbourne Cup

The local track was too wet for racing – but, that didn’t stop hundreds of punters from celebrating the Melbourne Cup in Tamworth.

As well-dressed locals watched the race at the Jockey Club… others knocked off early, to head to the pub.
