Gunnedah Council agree on an airport worth more than $7.5 million

Gunnedah residents could soon fly direct to Sydney and Brisbane, with plans to upgrade the town’s rundown airport.

Council says it’s investing $4-million into the project, to welcome back commercial aircraft.
