BANTING CLAIMS ANOTHER HEAT AT US OPEN OF SURFING

Port Macquarie’s Matt Banting has continued to dominate at the US Open of Surfing, claiming his heat in round two.

After failing to catch a wave for nearly half of heat seven, Banting made the most of the second half, finishing up with a score of 14.87.

Banting is currently ranked second in the World Qualifying Series.
