JETS AND WANDERERS SHARE THE POINTS IN NEWCASTLE

The Newcastle Jets have scored a late goal to draw with Western Sydney.
A controversial penalty saw the Wanderers hit the front in the 86th minute.
But a similar incident in injury time gave Newcastle’s new Korean import the chance to salvage a point.
“And he scores, the Jets are back on level terms.”
The Jets coach admits his side still needs better attacking options.
“If I look at ourselves moving forward we need to be able to create more opportunities and that’s something we’ll be working on.”
