ISAAC HEENEY ONE STEP CLOSER TO HIS AFL DREAM

Cardiff product Isaac Heeney has taken another step forward in his AFL career, playing in red and white for the first time in the Swans’ pre-season clash with Brisbane in Coffs Harbour over the weekend.
The 18-year-old admits the game represented a huge step-up in class for him.
“The intensity’s one thing and the speed of the ball, the way it moves up and down the ground, you switch off for a second and the players have got the ball and they hit a score on you. So it’s about 100 per cent commitment, 100 per cent of the time.”
