A 44-year-old man, charged over the death of a man at an industrial site in Newcastle yesterday afternoon, has been granted bail.
Emergency services arrived at the scene on Old Maitland Road at Sandgate at around 3pm, and found a 45-year-old unconscious.
He was taken to John Hunter Hospital, but died a short time later.
Police say the pair was involved in an argument after a minor crash between a truck and a forklift.
The man has been charged with assault causing death.
