WEATHER: RAIN ROLLS IN ACROSS THE REGION

The rain ramped up across the NW today but the heavy falls have still be patchy. There was a solid rain band that made its way across the Plains from Narrabri, Manilla, Bundarra on the Tablelands to Coffs, Wooli on the coast. Constant light rain fell on the Hunter. For the Gold Coast it was all about the sunshine today. We have another day of high humidity, cloud and periods of rain across NSW. The system is still moving slowly and the rain band will linger across the coast over the weekend. The patchy rain periods will continue to come and go across the North West over the next 24 hours.
