SHARK OBSERVATION TOWER ANNOUNCED FOR BALLINA

Promising young surfer Sam Morgan remains in a stable condition, after being bitten by a bull shark in Ballina on Tuesday.

Today the state government announced funding for an observation tower on the beach where he was attacked.
