DEAD DOGS FOUND IN HUNTER CHARITY BIN

Two dead dogs have been found dumped in a charity bin in the Hunter.

The discoveries – on separate occasions – have shocked St Vincent De Paul Society volunteers, who are seeking public help to track down those responsible.
