RAIL ACTIVISTS SEEK HELP FROM COUNCIL CANDIDATES

It’s been a 12 year fight and there are now fresh calls for the Casino to Murwillumbah line to be re-opened.

The Northern Rivers Rail Action group hopes new faces coming to councils across the region will help take their case to the state government.

This is just common sense! Of course we need the trains back. A train would help me immensely not only in getting from A to B, but I think it would also be a fantastic way to see the region from a different angle.

Yes, and link it up to the Gold Coast Rail Line (to be extended to Coolangatta Airport) with a link from Murwillumbah to Coolangatta.
