A male driver has suffered life threatening injuries in a serious crash on the Gold Coast last night.
About 11.15pm on Friday, police responded to reports that a car on Gooding Drive in Merrimac hit a tree.
The male driver was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Investigations continue.
