A man accused of robbing a Goonellabah pharmacy last Sunday, has briefly faced court.
55 year old American man Richard Smith is charged with armed robbery, after allegedly threatening staff with a syringe while demanding drugs.
Smith was refused bail in Lismore Local Court today.
The matter will return to court in December.
