BATES AMONG THE WICKETS AS THUNDER BEAT THE STARS

The Hunter’s Sam Bates did the early damage for the Sydney Thunder, in its WBBL win over the Melbourne Stars this morning.

After removing opener Meg Lanning, Bates returned to dismiss Hayley Jensen to leave the Stars struggling at 3 for 33.
