A dolphin that made its home in Brisbane Water now has its own permanent memorial at Woy Woy Public Wharf
Nicknamed ‘Elusive’, the marine mammal was popular among locals, but sadly died in 2015.
More than $2,000 was donated by the community for the memorial.
