State and Federal Governments have made plenty of noise over the success of their Pacific Highway upgrades, but for some living along the Urunga to Nambucca Heads stretch it’s been too much.
Twelve months after it opened, a noise assessment report is due to be released next month.
It will help residents work out if they’re overstating the problem, or if the $780 million dollar upgrade fails to manage the sound increased by the 22km dual carriageway.
The findings will be discussed at community information sessions later next month.
