COUNTING THE COST OF RICHMOND VALE FIRE

Police are investigating whether yesterday’s fire at Richmond Vale in the Hunter was the result of illegal activity.

The blaze is now at ‘advice’ level after scorching more than 900-hectares, and destroying part of the region’s rail history.
