A 28-year-old man has been charged over the alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl at Lake Macquarie.
The man who was on bail was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning at Cardiff, after being randomly stopped by police with a 13-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy in the car.
He faced Toronto Local Court this morning, where bail was formally refused.
