MAN KILLED IN HOME INVASION NEAR NEWCASTLE

Three men are on the run tonight after storming a home near Newcastle, and fatally attacking a 60-year-old man inside.

Phillip Steele was attacked in his bedroom early this morning – while his brothers were also inside.
