A man in the Hunter Valley has non life-threatening injuries, after an aggravated break and enter near Maitland early this morning.
Police say three males forced entry to a licenced premises in Greta, before striking the man with a baseball bat and threatening him with a gun.
Several items were taken, including a mobile phone and laptop.
The males are described as wearing jumpers with their faces covered, and fled the scene in a dark coloured dual cab utility.
