Commuters who regularly park in the Gosford CBD are breathing sighs of relief .
Central Coast Council has renewed its lease on the Kibbleplex building for another 12 months.
The decision follows concerns 500 privately-managed spaces would be lost in the city centre.
Council says it’s still working to address parking problems in the area.
