Oxley Vale Attunga hammered East Armidale yesterday in Northern Inland Premier League, as North Companions and the Scorpions played-out a three-all draw.
Meanwhile in the top of the table clash at Scully Park, Tamworth FC defeated North Armidale three goals to two.
Both sides failed to score in the first-half, before the clash of the competition heavyweights heated-up after the break.
The win now places Tamworth FC seven-points clear on the competition ladder.
