Despite coming-away from the Gold Coast winless the UNE Lions will take plenty of positives from round two of the Australian University Sevens series on the weekend.
Their biggest losing margin across their five matches was 15-points.
The Lions best result coming against last year’s champions Griffith University – going down 22-points to 19.
The series now heads to Adelaide in a fortnights time.
