Bendemeer’s Josh Hazlewood might be ruled out of the Boxing Day cricket Test through injury, but that hasn’t prevented him from fetching a lucrative figure in the Indian Premier League auction overnight.
Hazlewood has been signed by the Chennai Super Kings for just over $400,000.
He’ll join former Test all-rounder Shane Watson in the squad.
