LISMORE CITY COUNCIL APPROVES CONTROVERSIAL BUDGET

After a five hour marathon meeting, Lismore City Council has approved its operational budget for the next financial year.

But a budget black hole of close to half-a-million-dollars has raised concerns the Council could lose control of its finances.
