MORE THAN 45,000 COVID-19 TESTS CONDUCTED IN NORTHERN NSW LHD

The Northern New South Wales Local Health District has announced more than 45,000 coronavirus tests have been conducted in the region since the pandemic began.

Last week, the district recorded its biggest single day of testing with 682 residents being swabbed.

The total number of confirmed cases in the region remains steady at 58, with no patients currently being treated in hospital.

Testing clinics are located at:
• The Tweed Hospital: open 10.00am – 6.00pm daily
• Byron Central Hospital: open 9.00am – 5.00pm daily
• Lismore Base Hospital: open 9.00am – 5.30pm daily
• Grafton Base Hospital: open 9.00am – 5.00pm daily

There are also GP and pop up clinics in the region.
