A man was left fighting for life, after his car crashed into a tow truck at Erina early this morning.
Emergency services rushed to Jessie Hurley Drive around midnight, freeing the 29-year-old from the wreckage.
He was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital in a critical condition, suffering head injuries.
