A man has been charged over a fatal crash at Tenterfield earlier this year.
Police allege the 23-year-old was driving negligently and under the influence of drugs when his car collided with a truck before rolling in May – killing a 59-year-old female passenger.
He’s been granted conditional bail to appear at Casino Local Court later this month.
