A Ballina man, who has never held a license, has been charged with a string of offences over a police pursuit across the Northern Rivers yesterday.
The 31-year-old appeared at Lismore Local Court today after allegedly leading officers on a two-hour chase through Ballina, Alstonville and Lismore.
Officers are asking anyone with dashcam footage of the incident to contact their local police station.
