To surfing, and Far North Coast products Nyxie Ryan, Sierra Kerr and Soli Bailey have made it through to the next round of the Tweed Coast Pro.
Sierra Kerr topped her heat, surfing four waves with a total score of 16.34.
Byron’s Soli Bailey also dominated his heat, his best wave scoring an 8.83.
The remainder of the men’s round of 64 will commence tomorrow morning.
