McMANUS TO MISS KNIGHTS TRIAL

Winger James McManus will miss Newcastle’s opening senior squad trial match on Saturday night, after a minor setback with a groin problem.

The Knights will still field most of their senior squad in a game that features three Newcastle club sides – Maitland, Souths and host club Central Charlestown.
