A 42-year-old man charged over an alleged historical sexual assault has been granted bail
It’s alleged a 14-year-old boy was sexually assaulted by the man – who is known to him – at Hastings Point in 2003.
Police arrested the 42-year-old in Tamworth and charged him with one count of aggravated sexual assault of a victim under the age of 16 years.
