A large capacity crowd gathered for the Anzac Day match between foes, Wanderers and Merewether.
And they weren’t disappointed by the intensity and passion of the 2 teams playing for the Adams Halter Shield.
The teams were evenly matched with the Greens securing the game late in the second half with a 24-23 scoreline.
