A fisherman has fallen 15 metres from a cliff at Razorback Lookout at Evans Head.
Just after 5:30 yesterday afternoon, the rescue helicopter responded, winching him to safety with suspected spinal injuries.
He was flown to a Brisbane hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
