DWELLING VALUES DROPPED IN THE NORTHERN RIVERS

Dwelling values in parts of the Northern Rivers have dropped, following the region’s floods, earlier this year.

According to CoreLogic, medium dwelling values dipped by 0.8 per cent across the Richmond and Tweed areas.

Meanwhile, properties in regional New South Wales saw an increase of one and a half per cent.

The Byron Shire saw a drop of 1.4 per cent but the median price is still sitting at $1.8 million.
