From Richmond River oysters to locally caught prawns – thousands have had their tastebuds tantalised at Ballina’s inaugural Taste of Seafood festival.
Despite floods earlier in the year affecting water quality, it’s no longer impacting fishermen’s catch – attendees saying the quality is second to none.
