The NRL has warned all clubs about the use of grip pads strapped to the arms of players, after fining Newcastle $5,000.
It was deemed arm strapping used by Richard Fa’aoso caused a number of facial scratches, suffered by Bulldogs players.
After complaints, he was forced to remove it at halftime.
The Knights say they will not contest the fine.
