A Council committee has made a ground-breaking planning decision by refusing a duplex development at Carrara against recommendations by planning officers.The decision has paved the way for similar developments to also be rejected.
The recommendation follows a protest over another duplex development in Sorrento.
A final decision will be made by full Council on Monday.
