Newcastle Jet Johnny Koutroumbis has resumed full-training after undergoing treatment for cancer. He may even play against the Wanderers next weekend. But the 20 year-old is in no rush – he says health now comes first – and he wants others to take the same approach.

The Jets will face Melbourne City in their FFA Cup clash next Wednesday. But the coach won’t be resting key players in the lead-up, insisting they’ll play big minutes against the Mariners at Maitland on Saturday.
